Life coach, psychotherapist, anxiety and trauma specialist

With compassion, acceptance and a warm sense of humor, I help clients integrate their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and move towards a sane and joyful life.  I help clients clarify their vision for their lives, and take the steps to manifest this vision.

My goal is to help you achieve lasting, positive change over the shortest time frame possible.  Frequently, with pure "talk therapy," people know why they have a problem and what they should do differently, but it doesn't translate into a change in their feelings and behaviors.  I utilize a combination of techniques in order to facilitate major change on a holistic level.

I provide 1:1 video psychotherapy for anxiety and trauma.

I also have an online coaching program, the Awaken Joy Journey, which provides a radical roadmap to inner wisdom and joy.
