Psychotherapy for Times of Transition

Things have shifted dramatically since Covid-19.  There are so many unknowns, so many fears and anxieties. I can help you make sense of your life again and develop an new normal until this is over.  I can help you set priorities and regain balance in your life again.  I do specialize in EMDR for trauma clients, as well as transgender issues and depression.

Call for a free phone consultation so we can get a sense of whether I might be a good fit for you.  Many insurances accepted, and right now, many insurance companies are waiving the copay.  I just need to call your specific insurance company for details.  I do have a sliding scale for those without insurance or who prefer for privacy reasons not to use insurance.
