Finding the right therapist can be challenging. I believe that it is important for you to feel safe, comfortable and understood. With 20 years as a therapist I will help you find your own voice, connect to your inner experiences, have more meaningful relationships and more satisfying work. The goal is to have a fuller sense of who you are and a more rewarding and fulfilling life. My specialities include relationship struggles, depression, self-esteem issues, anxiety and grief and loss. My approach integrates different therapy modalites, including psychodynamic psychotherapy and EMDR, as well as other experiential therapies and CBT. I bring over twenty years experience of understanding how women's lives interact with the world they live in. My training is in understanding how deeper feelings affect people's beliefs about themselves, their behavior and their relationships. I have a special interest in the ways that developmental trauma as well as social and cultural experiences impact their relationship and work life. I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist.
