Updated: May 21, 2020- During the summer I'm not accepting new clients due to exceptional circumstances. My website is frequently updated with COVID19 links in addition to helpful therapeutic links.

As a Cognitive Behavior Therapist, I'm committed to collaborating with clients in identifying their thoughts that maintain depression or anxiety resulting in behaviors interfering with their quality of life. We explore situations that trigger automatic thoughts and work together to modify the negative thoughts to improve mood, thus helping clients live a more fulfilling life.

In addition to the rigorous certification requirements of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, attending workshops at the Beck Institute each year provides me with the highest level of training. For example, in 2016 I was fortunate to participate in Schizophrenia Recovery Model of Cognitive Therapy. This year, I will attend the Beck Institute three times: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, CBT for Veteran/Military Suicide Prevention, and Anger Management.
