I specialize in helping couples and individuals get unstuck! I work one-on-one with you to develop and accomplish relationship, career, and personal goals. My fee includes essential out-of-the office access to me via email support, and I provide homework for you to maximize what you take away from our sessions. I have trained with leaders in the field and bring that expertise to you.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Coach, I draw from over 20 years of combined experience as a Therapist, Spouse, Coach, Parent, and Business Owner. I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling and an additional Master's Degree in Education.

I have helped couples, individuals and divorced co-parents, change negative control patterns and become more empowered in both their personal and professional lives. As a skilled therapist and coach, I will work together with you to identify strengths and to facilitate growth, which we will see flow into most areas of your life. I believe that there is a connection to how we feel emotionally to how we feel physically. Quite often when clients begin to experience more balance and fewer challenges, they also feel less physical aches and pains.

I have been a frequent lecturer at Western Connecticut State University, Danbury, CT, and also attend numerous professional conferences to keep a fresh mindset in how I approach my work.

My Office is Calming and Comfortable

Equally important in the therapy process is meeting in an environment that is warm and provides a higher level of service, one in which a cup of tea or coffee is offered to clients. My office is conveniently located at 100 Danbury Road in Ridgefield, CT (on Route 35).  Near the office, is a gentle walking path and pond that clients can take advantage of and appreciate nature's changing seasons. There is also shopping and dining in Ridgefield's quaint downtown.

My Joy

I have been married for twenty-four years and have two children. I enjoy the arts, nature, travel, comedy and films, with friends and family. I believe in the “work hard, play hard” concept, which refuels & recharges my spirit. As a result, I come to the office ready to work for you.

I’m looking forward to speaking with you to discuss how you can move toward the life you envision.
