Hello and welcome! I find mind body therapies such as Brainspotting and somatic approaches to be powerful tools for regulating our nervous system and accessing our authentic potential. When we heal the wounds from our past, we liberate ourselves and therefore we have access to our authentic selves. This allows for greater self-expression, creativity and presence. In our work together you will learn practical tools to make peace with your past, transform stress, create loving relationships, access your passionate purpose and rewire your brain for happiness.

I thoroughly love what I do and would feel honored to work with you. The Mind-Body practices we may utilize include: Meditation, Brainspotting, Somatic therapy, Parts Work, Biofeedback, NLP, Enneagram, Hypnosis, Energy Practices, Imagery and more.

I can be reached by phone, text @ (619) 318 - 2881 or email Drkim@authenticityassociates.com
