I'm committed to helping you get to the heart of your concerns in a safe and compassionate environment. Issues I often work with include stress, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, sexual concerns, divorce recovery, abuse and trauma recovery, phobias, anger and grief, including pet loss. I have been a Sex Therapist since 1978. I work with individuals and couples, and more than 41 years of study and practice allow me to help you define and accomplish your goals in a timely manner.

If you are tired of repeating old patterns, are in emotional pain, or are dissatisfied with your coping skills in any of these areas, I would like to help you find new, more effective ways to deal with your unique situation. I can help you heal old wounds, reduce relationship conflict and create lasting change in your life.

Married over 40 years, I have learned a great deal about nurturing the good in relationships to keep them alive, meeting inevitable difficulties with resolve and creativity, and using problems as motivation to creating a path to deep healing. As Jack Nicholson said, love can make you want to be a better person.
