Robyn R Tennyson, LCSW, therapist and owner of En Pointe Counseling LLC,  has been in practice for over 15 years, providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults for a wide variety of concerns.  She has practiced in both the public and private outpatient settings providing individual, marital, and family therapy.  Robyn utilizes a variety of therapeutic strategies and techniques , depending on the client's unique set of circumstances and needs, and she approaches each client from a strengths-based perpective. She prioritizes the need to provide a supportive therapeutic environment which allows clients to reach their highest potential.  In addition to addressing general mental health needs, Robyn, as a retired professional ballet dancer, also has experience and expertise in working with dancers and other athletes and perfoming artists in addressing concerns uique to those activities, including body image issues, anxiety as it relates to perfectionism, time management, stress management, as well as stress related to injuries and disruptions in training and performing.
