I cannot promise you that your trauma will magically be lifted off your shoulders after our first meeting… But what I can promise you, is that you have a strength within you that you are not seeing right now. I know that, because for 13 years as a social worker and over 3 years as a therapist; I have helped people come to terms with their trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction, and mood and personality disorders. While some of those challenges might never go away completely, they do not have to define who you are. You can learn to live with them and live a happy life full of joy.

What I can offer you, is a safe environment for you to work with your feelings. I can help you explore how you react to the experiences life throws at you through evidence-based therapy methods, including; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Ego State Therapy, and mindfulness.

I offer one Flat Fee for all therapeutic services and No Hidden Costs in a conveniently located and modern space. Send me a text or call (801) 893-7767 and let’s have a free and relaxed talk about you.
