I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 25 years.  I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, using different modalities: individual, family, couples, and group modalities.  I have been helping clients to overcome their struggles with depression, anxiety, emotional problems, relational and parenting issues, attachment difficulties, trauma, loss and grief, pain management, self-esteem and identity issues, difficulties adjusting to adulthood and other transitions.

In my practice I use psychodynamic and interpersonal psychotherapy, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, and Integrative Mind-Body-Spirit approach.  It has been a rewarding and inspiring experience for me to do my work with clients and to see the changes they make during our work together.
